Press Release From Glacier National Park 

WEST GLACIER, MT. – The National Park Service, in partnership with the National Park Foundation, will celebrate National Park Week April 19-27 at the nation’s 401 national parks, including Glacier National Park.  There will be free park entrance on Saturday April 19 and Sunday April 20.

The theme for this year’s National Park Week invites visitors to “Go Wild” for history, nature, culture, wildlife, and fun in America’s national parks. Additional information can be found online at www.nps.gov/npweek.

Additional fee-free days for 2014 include:

  • August 25 – Birthday of National Park Service
  • September 27 – National Public Lands Day
  • November 11 – Veterans Day
